Orblue's Stainless Steel Butcher Knife is huge, let me start with that. I was really surprised by how large the blade is and how heavy it is as well.This can easily be used for meat, which most Butcher Knives are used for, but i can also see it used to chop veggies.I also like the fact that there is a hole on the blade to hang it from, that's a plus as well.It would make a beautiful addition to any kitchen (like mine) or make a beautiful gift for someone. Even a nice Mother's day gift
I needed a new Butcher's Knife and wanted one that would last a long time and work the first time I used it. Well this one is definitely the right one. For one thing, it's huge! All I have to do is take one whack at my protein and it's cut in half. It's also extremely sharp so be very careful. But that is what makes it so great for the job you need it for. This is a professional level knife!
I've been wanting a cleaver like this for awhile now. This cleaver is perfect for any cutting you might need done in the kitchen. It's heavy, but not too heavy and it is very well balanced. It cuts through meat and bones with ease. Even cutting through frozen meat was a breeze. This cleaver makes a great addition to my kitchen knives. I would highly recommend it.

This cleaver was bigger than the one I currently have. It was also a bit heavier. It was very sharped and ready to use. It's stainless steel so it will not get rusted.

I have been looking for this particular knife.The kind of knife missing in my kitchen.Every time I need to cut some meat, I use a different type of knife that usually makes the knife dull.This is the right knife to use and it works well.I thought it will be that heavy but the weight is just right..Not too heavy, not light.It is wide which I expected and very effective in cutting meat.I'm happy with it!
Used to separate lamb chops from rack of lamb. I didn't use a lot of force because I was afraid of slipping with the knife. It did well except for cutting near the bone. It might have done well, had I used swift force. That's the only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
