Its easy to use
This really works for cutting meat even on the bone. I cook all the time and with wrist surgery I needed something that can work for me with less effort.
After years of using a rather blunt lightweight cleaver, i decided to buy a better one. This cleaver has made chopping up vegetables SO much easier! It has a heft to it and a sharp blade that makes it easier to cut through tough vegetables like carrots. Very good quality cleaver which I use almost every day. The blade is not thin and cheap. I wash the knife by hand and dry it with a dishtowel. I don't put it in the dishwasher.
I keep a set of various Edgekeeper knives, in a bin, by the outdoor grill. Sturdy, and with a protective sheath, I can grab them while wearing grilling or serving gloves. Quick, sharp and safer than the random collection of knives I was using before.
Very good cleaver for any Kitchen!!!

I love this cleaver. Still have my old one, but lost the sharpener, and you need the sharpener. It works fantastic!
This is what i was looking for it makes my life easy when it comes to chop up my chicken or fish it is very sharp im very happy with it
great cut and it shapings
The first time I used it was past the return period. The blade was damaged chopping chicken legs on a stack of newspapers, the second time I used it to chop a piece of frozen bacon and the handle broke.
