So many cleavers are too big and heavy. They rely on the heft to tear through food rather than the quality of the blade. This mini is perfect. Even though it is smaller in size it still gets the job done. The German made forged blade is very sharp and strong. The curved bolster of the Pro line makes it so comfortable to hold and combined with the traditional three rivet handle gives me confidence in my safety when I am using it. The blade is super sharp and makes quick work of vegetables and spatchcocking poultry.
