This meat cleaver is GREAT! It's heavy and well balanced and cuts through chicken bones like butter. I've only had it a week and already it's made my life in the kitchen easier. I look forward to using it as I prepare a rack of ribs this week and some winter squash.

Craftsmanship and finish on the knife is superb and the out of box sharpness is amazing. Definitely will be my go to workhouse for cutting up meats and bones
