This makes my past two cleavers look like butter knives! It makes all my chopping so much easier. I do wish it were a bit heavier, but I'd rather have sharpness than weight. Now the only question is how long will it stay sharp, and how will things go after sharpenings.

I follow a specific diet that requires me to spend more time chopping things up more than most and this product has made it alot quicker and easier, espeicially due to how sharp it is.
